Common questions

Concrete work, demystified.

In Greater Houston, residential concrete driveways generally run $5 to $12 per square foot installed. A standard two-car driveway (about 400 sq ft) lands in the $2,000 to $4,800 range. Factors that move the price: existing slab demolition, slope, reinforcement, finish type (broom vs. stamped), and whether the apron at the street needs replacing. We provide a written estimate after a free on-site measurement.
Foundation slabs for additions, ADUs, or new construction in Houston typically run $8 to $15 per square foot depending on slab thickness, reinforcement (rebar grid vs. post-tension), and site preparation needs in expansive clay soil. We provide a structural-engineer-stamped slab spec when required for permits.
Stamped concrete patios in Houston run $12 to $22 per square foot installed, depending on the pattern complexity, color count (one-color, two-color antiquing, or hand-stained), and sealer type. A 200 sq ft stamped patio lands in the $2,400 to $4,400 range.
No. On-site measurements and written estimates are free and carry no obligation. We do not ask for a deposit at the estimate visit. The quote is yours to keep, compare, and decide on.
The written estimate is the agreed price. The only time the number changes is when you, in writing, request additional work (a larger pour area, an extra step, a different finish). We never charge for surprises we discover after starting.
We work directly with homeowners and currently focus on accepting standard payment methods (check, transfer, card). For larger projects, payments are typically split: deposit at material order, progress payment after pour, and final after walk-through. Ask about the payment schedule at the estimate visit.
