Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-01
Welcome to lonestar-contractorsllc.com (the "Site"), operated by Lonestar Construction Contractors LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
Website use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating our concrete services. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape content programmatically beyond reasonable indexing, or submit fraudulent estimate requests.
Estimates and quotes
Estimate requests submitted through the Site are non-binding inquiries. A formal quote is provided in writing after an on-site measurement visit. A binding agreement exists only when both parties sign the written estimate. Pricing on this site (including in blog posts and service descriptions) reflects typical Greater Houston market ranges and is not a guarantee of price for any specific project.
Workmanship warranty
We provide a written workmanship warranty with every signed project. The warranty covers forming, finishing, joint placement, and reinforcement workmanship. It does not cover hairline cracks within control joints (normal concrete behavior), damage caused by ground settlement outside the slab perimeter, damage from improper sealing or maintenance after handover, or damage caused by third parties or natural disasters.
Intellectual property
Content on this site (text, images, layout, code) is the property of Lonestar Construction Contractors LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use content commercially without permission. Brief quoting for personal or editorial purposes with attribution is permitted.
Third-party content and links
This site links to external services (Google Maps, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lonestar Construction Contractors LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
