From first call to final walk-through.
A concrete project should not feel mysterious. Here is the entire path, written down.

You reach out
Phone, text, email, form, social DM — whichever is easiest. We respond within one business day.

We schedule a site visit
Free, no deposit. Typically within the same week. We come measure, ask about the use case, check soil and drainage, walk access for the concrete truck.

Written estimate in 24 hours
You receive a full written quote: dimensions, mix spec, finish type, schedule window, total price, and warranty terms. The number does not change unless you ask for additional work in writing.

Permits and engineer (if needed)
For permitted projects (driveway expansion, foundation slab over 500 sq ft) we pull the City of Houston permit and coordinate with a structural engineer. Fees are itemized.

Material order and pour day scheduled
Once you sign off on the estimate, we lock the concrete truck schedule and notify you of the pour window. Most projects start within 2-4 weeks of sign-off.

Site preparation
Day 1 of work: excavation, base placement and compaction, forming, reinforcement (rebar grid), vapor barrier on foundation slabs.

Pour and finish
Pour day: concrete placed, screeded, bull-floated, broom- or smooth-finished. For stamped work, color hardener and stamps applied while plastic. Control joints cut within 24 hours.

Cure period
Slab kept moist for 5-7 days to prevent surface drying. 28 days to full design strength. We provide a clear written timeline for when the slab can be used for foot traffic vs. full vehicle weight.

Final walk-through and warranty
After cure, we walk the property together: forms removed, site swept, finish reviewed, joints inspected. You receive a written workmanship warranty and care instructions.
